my baby tounge kind of look like pinkish purple colour I am scared pls tell me is her tounge normal in colour she is having nose blocking also ( cold)

This can be due to milk deposit on the tongue..
just clean the tongue with soft damp cloth ..
if the child is crying while taking feed then consult ur doctor for the same once
