My baby tightens hands and legs while eating and changing diaper she is 6 months old? Why she do so

A. in most cases this is totally normal as sometimes babies want to stretch their body . or also can be spasticity this need to be evaluated by a pediatrician and do not try any home remedies on baby , do consult once for better guidance
