Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be any infection. Teething is a irritative process . No any particular medicne for easy teeth eruption as it is physiological just give Vitamin D and calcium for the teeth eruption and also use of teether .
