my baby suffering from fewer for last two days.aftee using paracetamol syrup also temperature not reducing .we use water sponging every time .but another symptoms not present only fewer.how to reduce the fewer by home remedies

A. It could be viral if Crocin is not working then you can give meftal p syrup to the baby and repeat the dose after every four yo six hours interval and try giving mire liquids
