Hello ma’am sinarist Do I mail at one point of time twice a day you can give to your child apart from that you can go for a ginger juice mixed with honey and a pinch of black pepper into it twice a day to your child for cough this medicine is antiallergic and good for cold and the other one is a home remedy to deal with cough so you can give both of these things for 5 days
