my baby splitup every time after drinking milk when should I give water

A. Hello mom a little bit of spit up occurs due to reflux action make sure the baby head is elevated with help of your plam and that will allow the flow of milk well enough. water can be given to the baby from the time weaning foods are been introduced to them that is from the age of 5 to 6 month onwards.
