my baby spit up or vomits I can't guess.. since from day 15 she started spit up. now she is 88 days.. till now she spit up milk substance on every feed.. tat to immediately after feed. I use to put her on shoulder for 20mins and burn. but on that time also she vomits Al milk seems more than half a glass.. her weight gain is normal and so our pediatrician says notng worng.. but baby cries while spit up or vomit and suffers alot during sleep. and when I take her from sleep she immediately spits.. plz advise
