My baby sleeps on his stomach, is it safe? He is 4.5 months old

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 months old and if he is sleeping on his tummy then he is likely to have a vomitng due to pressure on his tummy so let him sleep on his back

please put your child on his or her back for sleep.
whenever your child learn to roll over ,he or she can sleep that way.
but till that please avoid
