A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation becaused that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem.
rule out constipationd which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern

A. Hello dear parent! Make your child sleep a little early and ensure that the bedding is comfortable and there are no distractions and disturbances. It can be that your child 👦 s hungry at that time. Keep milk or water handy in cute Babyhug sippers or cups. Just be patient and persistent in your efforts to make your sleep in time and also take a well balanced healthy diet
