Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. kindly give breastfeeding at more frequent intervals because hydration of the skin depends upon the breast milk intake of the child and also apply virgin coconut oil or any type of baby oil on the body to decrease the dryness of the skin
