my baby's umbilical cord is about to fall off and there is little puss that could be seen at the bottom of his belly button. he has no fever and is not fuzzy just drinks milk and sleeps.

A. you can apply soframycin cream or sprinkle neosporine powder over umbilical area, it will help to cure that discharge. try to keep area clean and dry. all the very best
