My baby's not gaining weight what to do he's 3 weeks old he has gained back birth weight 3.2kg Bf and fm feeding

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom Not to worry initially after birth they tend to lose some weight and then they start to put on weight a monthly gain of about 300 g to 1 KG is approximate this could vary a times but the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight
