#AskTheExpert my baby is 100 days old he is not gaining weight...he is on BF FM every 3 hours of gap i am giving FM

A. Hi dear Feed your baby every 2-3 hours once during the day time that's more important and also during night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while. Try to feed for longer duration. 15-20 mins each breast. This way baby will get balanced foremilk and hind milk. Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight. So always empty a breast each
