ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician10 months agoA. Watery eyes could be due to excessive rubbing so clean the eyes with clean wet cotton swab and pls elaborate about motions are motions watery frothy then give ORS and zinc drops

Your child is actually having some discomfort maybe it’s cold and irritation of running nose that is why the child is running in snooze and eyes and lose motions could probably be happening due to teething you should just get examined with your doctor once
