my baby rinan is 6 months old now can you please tell me what to feed him now ,list of health food for 6 months old and quantity and timings

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, initially one feed a day is enough... you can give rice or ragi porridge, puréed banana or papaya, boiled and mashed carrot or sweet potato. Introduce one new food at a time. Avoid salt and sugar till one year
