my baby poop is dry and hard due to which he is finding very difficult to poop. he is applying pressure but cant poop. pls help. my baby is 7.5 months old

A. hi it happens because of low fluid intake or low fiber diet so please keep your child well hydrated keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it. give food items like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child give massage to your child regularly which definitely help to regularise bowlmovements
