Q.

My baby only eats Paratha( Aloo, paneer, dal) doesn't want to try anything else...what should I do?

A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (rice wheat and other) pulses (dal) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. you can go for any recipes and flavours and taste according to the the preference of the child. start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. also it is very important to rule outc nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. you can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it morec calorie rich.

A. Then add everything into the parathas that you are giving to the child whether it is any kind of a vegetable or made or cooked vegetable vegetable so that your child will have flavour of that and give curd or butter alongside so that your child will learn to eat at least something with the para
