ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. it is OK massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give silicon teethers to chew on them. hope you have started brushing your child's teeth . . . ..

Others will also come with time if we have already been there then more will also come with passing time at least your child is not lagging behind in anything that you can be sure about so it’s good for the child if your child has got 4 teeth as of now there is nothing you need to worry about
