my baby old 43days (female). vomiting even after burping 20minutes.. after sleeping for 2hours when she wake up then again she vomiting... what is the reason?and maximum time she stretching her body during sleeping also

A. dear mum , all this is normal the digestive system of baby is still not mature continue burp after feed keep in upright pisition for sometime after feed 24 hr urine output n wt gain normal active baby dontworry
