but give them in cooked and puree or mashed form.except avcado, papaya and Banana..they don't need to give in cooked form.
you can give plain in puree form or can be given in adding Khichdi or porridge.

It might take sometime for your baby to relish the taste but be patient with your efforts. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
