my baby leg was burnt with hot boil water ....3months completed skin was healing but again small pimples started ....y it happening plz guide us

A. hi. . it might be infection in healing skin. . apply soframycin cream or t bact ointment couple oftimes a day, it will help your baby also keep affected skin clean and dry.
