At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nuutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Consult your child’s doctor for advice on vitamin deficiency.
