Q.

My baby is very constipated he is just paasing seperate hard lumps like nuts. What do I do to relieve his constipation? Do I have to take him to a doctor?

A. baby is passing very hard stool Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink

A. Hi mommy Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give some light food fruits vegetables papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
