ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. try to give lots of finger foods.. offer more fat and protein rich diet. proper hydration is very important
