my baby is three months old and on breastfeeding. when should I expect my menstruation?? it has not yet started..#AskTheExpert

A. there can be lactational amenorrhea which may continue few months sometimes even up to 1 year and beyond For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Hello mom It is defer in every woman. Sometimes periods get delayed for more than one year after delivery and this is all because of how many changes in body. So you don’t have to worry about it at all and just continue breastfeeding your baby and there is no need to give anything else till six months
