Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that even after 2nd delivery you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. These kind of irregularities are common upto one year after delivery. Please eat healthy food items like fresh fruits and dry fruits. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. Please use proper contraceptive measures to avoid any kind of accidental pregnancy till the periods become regular. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
