#asktheexperts im a breastfeeding mother and my baby is 5 months old. i think within two or three days i will have my menstruation. now i feel breast pain on one side and it feels like the milk get stuck. is it normal

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 months agoA. It happens sometime so massage your breast manually towards nipped snd you can use oil for massage like mustard oil or coconut oil it will help stay hydrated take care
