My baby is three months old and he is removing saliva all the time ... is it safe ... please suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural for small babies to remove lot of saliva from the mouth since they were not selling it sometimes the possibility of oral ulcers are coating of tongue may be there
