hello doctor. my baby keeps removing saliva from his mouth. is it normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only three months of age it is quite natural that small babies will be removing saliva from the more they were not this value in this but sometimes there can be possibility of ulcers in the mouth and coating on the tongue
