Q.
My baby is three and a half month old.. from two days he started sleeping straight for six hours but first he used to wake up least three to four times at night.. at night i was fine(mother) but suddenly at 3 pm i am having 100.3 fever is it due to his change in breastfeeding or anything serious.. he is exclusively on breast milk.. please help

Hello ma’am It’s a good sign that your child is sleeping for a longer duration without waking up in the night there is nothing wrong with it because it is normally said that if a child is sleeping at a stretch for 6 to 7 hours also eight hours also in the night without waking up for a feed its perfectly fine nothing is nothing to be worried about for the same you do not need to feed your child when your child is asleep you should only be feeding your child when your child is awake and your child demands for it
