my baby is suffering with motions. She poops as soon as I breastfeed her her poop is watery foam with white and green. Is there any wrong with my breast milk. kindly suggest some remedies.

A. but as many times I breastfeed she poops those many times in a day everytime like a foam

A. no problem in the baby v sSome babies may be passing stool immediately after feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in babies as the baby will be growing it will come down
