That’s a normal texture and sometimes when kids pass motion with a lot of pressure foam can be seen but if it is too much liquid or more of water than in that case it’s advisable for you to get it checked with your doctor maybe your child is genuinely suffering with an issue of loose motions with the doctor can guide you further on the issue and medication as well
