My baby is suffering from high fever Even after given a dose of tablet it is 102 what should I do

The fever is not reducing despite of giving medicines then you should connect with your doctor maybe they will advise you with the right or maybe heavier dose of medicine which will help in reducing the fever along with that you should also do cold sponge that will help in breaking the temperature
