Q.

hi My baby is suffering with high fever 102. even after giving fepanil 250 still fever is not surprised. kindly suggest

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if refquired like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid prdeparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. Ibujesic Plus you can give to the child as of now 5ML at a point of time along with that start doing cold sponging on the body specially behind the knees along with forehead because that is going to help in reducing down the temperature in a better and a faster manner
