my baby is suddenly sleeping for longer stretches without feeding during night , slept for 6 hour straight yesterday and 9 hours straight today. and inbetween I took and fed her and still she fell asleep withing few suckling. Now when waking up she spit up from mounth and nose and slept again after few suckling. is it normal or should I be concerned. she has spit up before and mostly spitting up only when waking up from night sleep
