A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (rice wheat and other) pulses (dal) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. you can go for any recipes and flavours and taste according to the the preference of the child. start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. also it is very important to rule out nutritionalx deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. you can add xghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

A. Make a food in the same consistency as the child is meant to eat and just make it so soggy by adding Dal or vegetables into that so your child can easily try to chew it and you have to show your mouth gesture to teach your child how to chew and then swallow the food that is how things are going to work for you
