A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is againx known to cause constipation Medicine is to be given only if instructed by the doctor after examination. give plenty ofx water to drink. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation

A. You can easily wait for 5 to 7 days when you start giving outside food to the child it’s common for kids to have constipation try to give more of liquids and water that will help in better digestion and pooping also try and include more of buttermilk that definitely going to help
