Q.

my baby is one month old, I had Cesarean delivery. I m having severe back pain, what can I do? what things I should avoid or what things I should do?

A. it happens due to deficiencies or neuralgia due to wrong posture. start iron calcium vitamin d and multivitamins supplements. keep your spine straight. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
