#AskTheExpert Mam ..I had c section before 3.5 months. Now I m having severe back pain. I can't wakeup immediately from bed since I have severe pain in my bones. How can I relieve from this mam?? And what are the things should I avoid??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you may be having some back pain because of the weakness of the back muscle did it better to consult your doctor and get a proper examination done also do some back extension exercises
