Q.

My baby is one month 12days old...... she have jaundice on starting day......and week before we tested bilirubin total is 11.8 direct is 0.8 .....can I eat ghee is that safe to baby

A. Yes, dear mum, you can use ghee to cook your meals or add to your food. As a breastfeeding mother, what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas or cold and cough to baby.

A. Hi parent Ghee can be taken but in small quantity. Over spicy food should be avoided Easy to digest food should be taken Take sunbath dailY. TAke care Keep asking
