my baby is one and half yr old and suffering from cold since 4 days. giving nadoclear drops and steam but still her nose is running

A. can I rub nutmeg powder at feet and her chest

A. still has running nose.. apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time gv steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drps.. use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
