RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You can definitely have omega-3 there is no problem with that it is completely safe and healthy for you to consume also you can have iron supplement if you feel any kind of a deficiency otherwise omega-3 you can easily take for a month or two
