Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for hourly feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits
the minimum weight gain of the child should be around 500 grams in one month
Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. hi
mam,if possible please offer plenty of breastfeeds
because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
and as far as your child is looking happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, passes Urine around 7 or 8 times in a day ,you should not worry about anything
