A. after introducing weaning food and complementary food it is important to see that the food you have introduced should not cause constipation or gas formation in the child. it is important to introduce fiber diet and plenty of water for the child in the form of pulses cereals vegetables and fruits. you can add papaya pear oatsr which will help in decreasing the chances of constipation. Give plenty of water to drink if the problemr continues your doctor will add constipation medicine like polythene glycol.

A. Increase the intake of water should be at least 90 ML per day along with that try to increase the liquid intake you can give coconut water and buttermilk also also you should give twice in a day which is what is going to be beneficial for the child as of now
