my baby she is 11 month now. from last couple of days she pooping 7-8 times a day... immediately after having food. it some time solid sometime semi-solid kind of. can you please help what should I do

Hello mom observe the quantity given to him and the frequency of the feed .. as now they are mainly on solids they can’t sustain for longer time .. so if their is sour smell and he is feeling week as such could possible be sign of tummy issue or teething
