my baby is of 28 days and some times she is rolling her eyes downward so is it normal

So while the child is lying down the child can mostly look up sometimes they look towards the ceiling and downward downward is not seen because actually kids are sleeping in this so it’s very difficult to manage their eyes are going right now with what you are mentioning is normal but in case of doubt great examined by your doctor
