Q.
my baby is of 2 months after every poop some water is coming out becoz of which he is getting rashes tell me what to do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very common that's small amount of stool may come out when the child is passing urine as well as when the child is passing flatus which might lead to such type of perianal rash.
for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

It’s formal for kids to have waterproof but just to be on the safer side kindly consult your doctor and for the rash that your child is having right now I’m going to recommend you to apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly that really helps a lot in reducing down the rashes and do not use diapers please
