A. Hello mom it could be of various reasons such as the climate as well , and also due to any cloth material that is quite synthetic to them or the room humidity or temperature

A. dear Mum your 1.5 year old child has got watery eye for this you need to consult doctor it can be due to infection which needs to be examined for appropriate treatment
