A. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and she doesn’t poop regularly but after one day gap so don’t worry if the stools is not dried and she doesn’t have any trouble

A. Constipation is a problem where there is difficulty in passing the stools and it could be very hard leading to sometimes injury and it becomes a chronic condition in most of the cases if not treated properly . most important thing is a proper diet with good fibre and plenty of liquids . Also avoidance of food which can aggravate the condition like Banana excess of milk and food with maida and junk . medications should be given like lacfctulose or polyethylene glycol but only in guidance with the doctor. In emergency situation glycerine suppository or enema is useful.

A. There is a range of healthy when it comes to how often a baby should poop. As long as your baby is feeding normally and gaining weight (1 to 2 pounds a month), don't worry about the number of poops. Some babies 2 months or older poop once a day or more often. Other babies poop once every few days or even once a week.
