Q.
my baby is now one year old.he still needs 4_5 times breastfeeding at night.he just love to sleep by suncking it.tried to limit the feeding minimum 4_5 hours intervel, but he get crying.#asktheexperts

A. it's basically a sleep regression. babies get separation anxiety which is why they cry. gradually get him used to sleeping at a stretch by tapping him whenever he's awake. it takes longer for their sleep cycles to settle

Check your breast milk supply have lactating foods - Rusk,bread Toast, papaya, chikoo, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk ,milk dairy products to improve milk supply or else as baby is one year old introduce cow/buffalo milk diluting with water initially gradually decrease water ratio. If no motions, vomitings, allergy, reddishness then continue milk(cow/buffalo/packet). Before night sleep offer milk (cow/buffalo)then middle of the night you can once or twice breast feed.
